Decoration

There are many ways we can bring your brand, message, logo and/or artwork to life. The method you choose is determined by different factors. Each one will help guide us to the final decoration method.

The Factors:

  • Size and Complexity of Artwork

  • Color(s) of Artwork

  • Location of Decoration

  • Type and Function of Garment

  • Fabric and Color of Garment

  • Budget for the Project

  • Number of Pieces Required

Once we have determined the desired result we can weigh the pros and cons for the project. This will bring us to a solid determination for the best method to fit your needs.

The Methods:

  • Screen Printing - Method in which ink is applied directly to the surface of the garment (substrate). The image to be printed is photographically transferred to a very fine fabric (the screen) allowing the screen to serve as a stencil.

  • Embroidery - Process of stitching raised and ornamental designs by needlework in thread upon a garment.

  • Direct-to-Garment Printing (DTG) - Print process using specialized or modified inkjet technology for full color printing on cotton textiles and garments.

  • Heat Transfer - Artwork in the form of a vinyl or siliconized paper transferred to the garment or textile by applying heat and pressure to the substrate.

  • Applique - A decoration in which a custom trimmed material of solid color, embroidery, printing or otherwise customized is sewn or affixed onto the garment.

  • Rhinestone - Application by heat of small stones that resemble diamonds used for a unique style of decoration.

  • Dye Sublimation - Printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto polyester fabrics, primarily for full color graphics or complete custom color garments.
